MEMBERSHIP OPERATIONAL TERMS
1. THE NATURE OF THIS COLLECTIVE: This membership is not to be taken lightly. Awareology is not a traditional "social media" platform designed for casual scrolling, algorithmic noise, or meaningless content. It is a dedicated, protected gathering place for our aligned collective of souls. By entering this space, you acknowledge the gravity of this environment and agree to engage with absolute alignment.
2. ALIGNMENT & EQUALITY OF SOULS: By joining this collective, you agree that you are aligned with the possibilities of all concepts and philosophies presented on our main website (awareology.org). You agree to the fundamental truth that all souls are equal.
- Zero Discrimination: There is absolutely no bias, prejudice, or racial discrimination permitted in this collective membership whatsoever.
- Universal Respect: Every individual must be shown equal respect for their unique journey, regardless of where they currently stand on their path in status, health or wealth or otherwise.
3. THE CODE OF RESPECT & NON-JUDGMENT We acknowledge that we are all on individual journeys. What a soul may be experiencing—whether expressed on this platform or occurring in their personal lives—is their own path.
- No Judgment: There is absolutely no judgment allowed toward another member's experiences or views. It is THEIR journey.
- No Attacks: You explicitly agree to communicate with respect. There is a zero-tolerance policy for verbal attacks, threats, harassment, or signs of disrespect of any kind against another soul. Walk a minute in their shoes! Try to view their perspective and how advanced they might be on their journey!
4. ENFORCEMENT & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY We protect the integrity and safety of this platform fiercely. Awareology will abide by all laws and regulations. There is no solicitation, harassment scheming or otherwise bad behavior allowed on this platform. Should you violate any of the terms, community standards, or the core ethics of Awareology outlined above, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently revoke your membership. If your account is terminated for violating these terms, it will result in the immediate cancellation of your access with NO REFUND.
5. BILLING, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS We strive to provide exceptional quality, profound content, and immense value for your hard-earned money. However, if you find yourself in a position where you need to end your relationship with our membership platform, you retain the freedom to do so at any time. It is your journey!
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, whether you are paying monthly or yearly.
- No Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for canceled subscriptions.
- Continued Access: Upon cancellation, your billing will stop immediately, but your access to the membership vault will continue until your current paid time has officially expired unless a rule for this collective has been violated.
6. PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All writings, podcasts, videos, concepts, and materials provided inside the Awareology vault other than N.D.E.'s provided by members are the exclusive intellectual property of this platform. By gaining access, you agree that you will not copy, scrape, distribute, record, or resell any content found within the membership area. We do from time to time use publicly distributed material on the internet on this platform to either explain or use as an example in some way.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY The philosophical explorations, NDE stories, and concepts discussed on this platform are strictly for educational and spiritual exploration.
